New build purchase transactions are subject to an additional levy of £300 + VAT

Each transaction is subject to a contribution fee towards professional indemnity insurance of £90 + VAT.

If we are required to deal with the mortgage on a property, a minimum charge of £275 + VAT is application per transaction.

A fee of £50 + VAT is applicable if period between exchange and completion is less than 10 days.

Standard Disbursements are also applicable e.g. Land Registry Office Copies, Pre-Assignment Packs, Stamp Duty, Telegraphic Transfer Fees, Land Registry Registration Fees etc

PROBATE & ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Our service includes contacting the necessary asset & liability holders to determine the valuation of the Estate, preparing the IHT and Probate application forms and submitting them and then once the Grant has been received administering the Estate if full i.e. collecting in the assets, paying liabilities of the estate, preparing Estate Accounts, contacting beneficiaries and distributing Estate monies according to either the rules of Intestacy or a Will.
Our charges are based upon the hourly rates below, chargeable in increments of 6 minutes:

Our service includes a 30 minute consultation (individual) or 45 minute consultation (mirror), the drafting of the Will(s), amendments to the Will(s) and signature of Will(s)
